Refunds
While we do not issue refunds based on personal preference (we highly recommend you start with our sampler if you’re new to our products), please reach out to our team at info@ananesis.com if your order is damaged or defective in some way - we’ll make it right!
Returns
Because our snacks are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened containers and/or containers with fewer than the number of units listed on outer packaging. If you’re truly unhappy with the quality of the product you receive, please reach out at info@ananesis.com and we’ll work with you to find a solution!
Purchases From 3rd Party Retailers
Ananesis cannot guarantee products sold by unauthorized third-party retail vendors either online or in stores. Authorized retailers are responsible for providing their own return/refund policies for items they sell, including ananesis products. All that said, please let us know about your issue and we will do our best to help solve the issue.
Please note:
No opened package or product whose wrapper is broken, punctured or damaged by the customer will be accepted for a refund, without prior written agreement between the customer and ananesis. Ananesis might ask you for additional details, such as photographs of the products to be able to be approved for a refund.
In the event of a refund, the cost of the product and taxes will be credited on the basis of the original method of payment, within 48 business hours of confirmation and approval by ananesis. The refund transaction on your credit card statement will only appear typically within 48 to 72 hours after the reimbursement by ananesis.
